👋 Hi, I'm Gamal Moneep, an AI Engineer with a strong background in backend development (Python, Java, C++) and a Quantum AI Enthusiast.

🤓️ I'm deeply interested in leveraging AI to solve complex challenges across various domains. My solid foundation in backend engineering (Python, Java, C++) enables me to build scalable, secure systems while integrating cutting-edge AI technologies to drive innovation.

🔐 My work in offensive security allows me to explore vulnerabilities and ensure systems are resilient against emerging threats, while my enthusiasm for Quantum AI drives me to learn and innovate in this exciting field, exploring its potential across industries.

👨‍🎓 I hold a BSc in Business Administration from the University of Ain Shams and have developed strong analytical skills through various experiences with statistical models.

👨‍💻 My work spans multiple industries across Egypt and the United Kingdom, where I’ve contributed to high-impact projects focused on security, scalability, and the integration of AI.

🇪🇬 Currently based in Cairo, Egypt .

Employment Experience

• Research internship - Deep Learning Engineer at Barts and The London School of Medicine and Dentistry (Queen Mary, University of London)

  to predict metastasis in oral cancers using next-generation sequencing data and image classification by deep learning algorithms, 2021-2021.

• Research internship - Deep Learning Engineer at University College of London at the Epigenetics Signaling Laboratory under the supervision of a postdoctoral scientist. The project involved analysis of DNA methylation signatures in neural stem cells and astrocytes, 2020-2020.
• Backend Engineer at Bardeal (Ecommerce Platform).

  My role involved in creating and maintaining e-commerce Backend using Django Framework, 2021-2022.

• Software Engineer at Upscale-Schools (Recruitment and Schools Consultancy).

  My role involved creating and maintaining a recruitment platform using Python/Django Framework, 2021- 2024.

• Backend Engineer at Schizophrenia Research (UK registered charity no. 1162642).

  My role involved create and maintain the website for promoting public awareness about scientific research into schizophrenia as well as involving in deep Learning project, 2018-2020.

• Python Developer at Excel in Key Subjects (UK registered no. 1139624).

  My role involved maintain the website for the Saturday school as well as creating software to help the education process., 2016-2020.
